摘要
官厅水系水源保护是我国水资源保护的摇篮，通过该水系历经污染、保护，再污染、再保护的过程，揭示出我国现有管理体制等方面存在的问题，并对官厅水系提出了污染防治方面的综合措施。
The protection of the Guanting Reservoir is the cradle of water resources protection in China. The problem in the present management system is revealed through the discussion on the courses of pollution, protection, re - pollution and re - protection. Comprehensive measures are proposed for water pollution control.
