Better medical care during the pregnancy and suitable treatment during the labor is the key point to retform the affected outcome of pregnancy. This paper discussed several important issues that include the prevention of neglected transverse lie, the indication and contraindication of external version for transverse lie during the pregnancy, the common problems on tire clinic treatment and treatment choices.
