Considerations on the Military Hospital Development

本文根据国家医药卫生体制改革和军队体制编制调整新形势,分析当前军队医院建设发展存在的矛盾和问题,从把握方向、调整结构,规模适度,内涵发展,管理创新等方面提出了推动医院科学发展的对策。

Focus on new position of the reform of national medical care system and military system,the antinomies and the problems existed currently in the construction and development of military hospitals were analyzed.And then the countermeasures to promote military hospitals scientific development were brought forward in following aspects： holding right orientation;regulating structure;developing moderate dimensions;connotative construction;innovating management mechanisms and so on.
