万家寨引黄工程南干连接段汾河河道冰期输水能力及冰情分析

Analysis on Water Conveyance Capacity and Ice Regine during Freezing Period of the Fenhe River Course in the Connection Section of the Sounth Main Line of the YRDP

本文阐述了汾河干流头马营至河岔河段１９９６～１９９７年冰期沿程冰情、水温、流量变化。分析了静乐、河岔水文站在冰期受气温日变化影响的流量日变化规律。分析了１９９６～１９９７年冰情的代表性以及引黄后发生冰塞、冰坝的可能性。用历年汾河上游冰期水文资料，对历年冰期河槽储冰量进行了分析计算，探讨了河槽结冰对流量的影响，最后提出了冰期输水措施和建议。

The streamwise variation of ice,water temperature and discharge in the stretch from Toumaying to Hecha of the main stream of the Fenhe River during 1996-1997 is illustrated,the daily variation of discharge influenced by the daily variation of temperature at Jingle and Hecha hydrological stations during freezing period are analysed,the representativeness of ice regime during 1996-1997 and the possibility of the occurrence of ice jam and ice dam after completion of the YRDP are also analysed,the ice storage capacity of river channel during freezing period over the years is calculated,the influence of freezing in river channel on the discharge is discussed,and the measures and suggestions needing to be taken for normal water conveyance during freezing period are finally given.
