摘要
"真正做到让老百姓得到实惠,让医务人员受到鼓舞",是新医改方案的基本要求,这意味着调动医务人员积极性是公立医院改革过程中必须面对的问题。文章顺应新医改形势,对公立医院改革的各项措施进行了初步研究,提出了调动医务人员积极性的措施,为提高医务人员积极性提供参考。
That ＂Giving real benefits to people and encouraging medical staff＂ is a basic requirement for the new medical reform,which means that to mobilize the initiative of medical staff is the key in the process of the public hospital reform.According to the new reform require,the author studied the measures of public hospitals reform preliminarily,and offered measures to mobilize the initiative of medical staff.
