摘要
本文采用自我认知、职业认知、职业规划设计三个步骤,对某医院具有本科以上学历的聘用制人员系统地培训,确定其个人专业发展方向。职业规划能激发聘用制人员的自我发展的需求,起到留住人才,用好人才的目的 。
The employed staff were trained systematically through three step: self-recognition、vocational awareness and occupational planning,which will help them to determine the personal development orientation.The results showed that career plan played a significant role in improving professionalism,enhancing the comprehensive ability and cognizance of career among employed staff.
