Introduction on International Competitive Biding Procurement Procedure for the Loan Project of the World Bank

In this paper,the general procedure of international competitive biding procurement for the loan project of the World Bank is introduced,combined with the practice of the YRDP.It includes announcing of general procurement notice and specific procurement notice,selling of pre-qualification document,accepting of pre-qualification application,selling of biding document,meeting before biding(on-situ investigation),accepting of biding document,opening of tender,evaluation of bid,negotiation of contract,sending to bid winner and signing of contract.
