Artificial Femoral Head Replacement for the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture Analysis of the Elderly Patient

目的：分析人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗降间骨折的效果.方法：回顾分析我院2007年1月～2009年12月收治的62例采用人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折病例,并与同期传统内固定手术方法治疗的30例进行对照分析.结果：置换组62例出现术后并发症发生率3.22%.内固定组发生率26.67%.差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.18,P〈0.01）.功能评定置换组平均84.5分;内固定组平均83分;两组无统计学差异（χ2=0.01,P〉0.05）.结论：人工股骨头置换治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折,手术效果良好,康复快,避免了长期卧床所带来的并发症.

Objective：Analysis of artificial femoral head replacement for the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods： Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2007 to December 2009 admitted 62 cases of artificial femoral head replacement for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of elderly cases and internal fixation with the same period in the traditional method of treatment of 30 cases were analyzed and compared.Results：Replacement,62 patients had postoperative complication rate 3.22%. Fixation rate of 26.67%.The difference was statistically significant （Z2=9.18,P＆lt;0.01）.Functional evaluation permutation group average of 84.5 points;fixation on average 83 points;was no statistical difference between the two groups （X2=0.01,P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion：Artificial femoral head replacement in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures, surgical result is good, rapid recovery, avoiding the complications arising from long-term bed rest.
