粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗老年陈旧性心肌梗死的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Elderly Patients with Old Myocardial Infarction Treated with Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor

目的:研究粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗老年陈旧性心肌梗死的疗效。方法:研究对象随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予冠心病常规治疗,治疗组给予粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗5天,观察患者治疗前后心脏超声相关指标的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组与对照组在LVDs、LVDd值的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LVEF、E/A值比较差异无统计学意义,(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗前后LVDs、LVDd、LVEF、E/A值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在治疗前后LVDs、LVDd、LVEF、E/A值差异无统计学意义,(P>0.05)。结论:GSF对老年陈旧心肌梗死患者的治疗有积极的意义。LVDs、LVDd与LVEF、E/A值改善存在差异的原因将是我们进一步研究的方向。

Objective：To research the effect of treatment of G-CSF on elderly patients with old myocardial infarction.Methods： The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,which were given conventional therapy of coronary heart disease, the treatment group received granulocyte colony-stimulating factor treatment for 5 days.Before and after treatment, the value of echocardiography would be observed.Results：After treatment,the treatment group and control group had significant statistically difference（P〈0.05）on LVDs and LVDd,had no significant statistically difference（P〉0.05）on LVEF and E/A. Before and after treatment ：there was significant difference on LVDs,LVDd,LVEF and E/A （P〈0.05）in the treatment group,there was not Statistically significant difference on LVDs,LVDd,LVEF,E/A value,（P〉0.05）in the control group.Conclusion：The treatmeng of GSF on elderly patients with old myocardial infarction has a positive meaning.The reason of difference on improvement between LVDs,LVDd and LVEF, E/A will be direction of our further research.
