摘要
目的:研究加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效、方法和安全性。方法:将患者随机分为对照组(A组)和加巴喷丁组(B组),疗程4周,观察用药前后VAS评分变化,生活质量及不良反应。结果:服药后,加巴喷丁组疼痛和睡眠VAS均显著低于对照组。结论:加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛效果确切,睡眠质量明显改善,不良反应发生率低。
Objective：To observe the effects and security of gabapentin for oral use on postherpetic neuralgia（PHN）.Methods：54 patients with PHN were divided into two groups： the control group（A） and gabapentin group（B）,then was maintained for four weeks. Results： After treatment,the VAS score of pain and sleep decreased significantly in the group B comparing with than group A.Conclusion：Gabapentin provides significant pain relief in patients of PHN,with better sleeping and low side effect.
