摘要
目的:进一步探讨周围神经缺血性神经病的发病机理。方法:结扎大鼠单侧髂总动脉制作坐骨神经缺血模型,分别于术后3、5、7、14、21、及28d取腰髓L4~L6节段和双侧第4~6腰脊神经节固定,行TUNEL染色检测神经元凋亡情况,同体作对照。结果:坐骨神经缺血的不同时间段L4~L6脊髓前角运动神经元及背根节神经元可见凋亡神经元细胞,术后3天背根节神经元凋亡率显著升高,术后7天达峰值以后缓慢下降,后期接近对照侧水平。术后5天腰髓前角运动神经元开始有显著性提高,14天达最大值,以后逐渐下降,后期较对照侧仍显著性增高。结论:周围神经缺血性损伤可导致相关神经元胞体中神经元凋亡;缺血性损伤对背根节感觉神经元的影响较脊髓运动神经元明显。
Objective:To investigate peripheral nerve ischemia in the pathogenesis of neur0pathy.Methods:Unilateral common iliac artery ligation produced sciatic nerve isehemia, respectively after 3,5,7,14,21,and 28d take L4-L6 spinal cord segments and the first 4 to 6 bilateral lumbar ganglion fixed line TUNEL staining neuron apoptosis,with the body as a control.Results:The sciatic nerve ischemia in different time L4-L6 spinal cord anterior horn motor neurons and dorsal root ganglion neurons apOptotic neurons,dorsal root ganglia 3 days after neuronal apoptosis was significantly increased after 7 peak decreased slowly after day, post close to the level of the control side.5 days after spinal cord anterior horn motor neurons began to increase significantly,up to 14 days maximum,then decreased gradually, later than the control side was still significantly elevated.Conclusion:The peripheral nerve isehemie injury can lead to related neurons in neuronal apoptosis; ischemic injury of dorsal root ganglion sensory neurons of the spinal cord motor neurons than the obvious.
