非小细胞肺癌患者血清淋巴细胞肝素酶基因的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌患者血清淋巴细胞肝素酶基因的表达及意义。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术对70例非小细胞肺癌患者及15例正常人血清淋巴细胞肝素酶基因表达水平进行检测。结果:NSCLC患者血清淋巴细胞中肝素酶基因表达水平明显增高,而正常对照组无阳性表达。T_1~T_2(0.676±0.202)与T_3~T_4(0.896±0.188)肝素酶基因表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);N_0~N_1(0.656±0.196)与N_2(0.792±0.180)、N_3(0.914±0.192)比较,三者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);M_0与M_1比较,前者(0.682±0.205)明显低于后者(0.907±0.182),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者血清淋巴细胞肝素酶基因表达水平与非小细胞肺癌TNM分期有关,它可能成为预测非小细胞肺癌侵袭、转移的指标。 Objective:To discuss the role of beparanase gene expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes of human non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The expression of heparanase gene in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 70 patients of non-small cell lung cancer was detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain recfion(RT-PCR),and 15 healthy subjects served as normal control.Results:The expression of beparanase gene of patients was higher than that healthy subjects who's expression was negative.The expression had significant difference in T^-T2 and T3-T4 (P〈0.01).The expression of heparanase gene of patients with N0-N1N2 and N3 had significant difference (P〈0.01 or 〈0.05). The expression had significant difference in M0 and M1 (P〈0.01).Conclusion:The results indicated that the expression of heparanase gene in peripheral blood lymphocytas maybe related to the TNM of non-small cell lung cancer,and maybe a prognostic marker for the metastasis of non-small ceil lung cancer.
