核酪口服溶液治疗慢性支气管炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation Of Nuclear Casein Oral Solution To Chronic Bronchitis

目的:探讨核酪口服溶液治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:随机将56例慢性支气管炎患者分为两组。对照组口服阿莫西林、氨茶碱;治疗组口服阿莫西林、氨茶碱基础上,加用核酪口服溶液治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.1%,对照组总有效率为65.0%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:核酪口服溶液治疗慢性支气管炎疗效好、复发率低,值得推广。

Objeetive：To investigate clinical efficacy of the nuclear casein oral solution to the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods：56 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with amoxieillin,aminoph ylline;treatment group was treated with nuclear casein plus oral solution based on amoxicillin,aminophylline treatment, Results：The treatment group total effective rate was 86. 1%,control group rate was 65.0%,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nuelear casein oral solution treats Chronic bronchitis well with relatively low recurrence rate and worthy of promotion.
