摘要
目的:分析颈椎病导致胸痛时患者的心电图变化。方法:颈椎病导致胸痛患者27例,经颈椎X线、CT或MRI检查确诊;经CT冠状动脉血管成像或冠状动脉造影除外冠心病;观察分析患者胸痛发作时的心电图变化。结果:27例病患者的心电图变化以ST-T改变占66.7%。结论:颈椎病致胸痛出现心电图变化以ST-T改变最多见。
Objective：To analyze electrocardiogram in patients with thoracalgia because of cervical spondylosis.Methods：Setect 27 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis by cervical vertebrae X-ray or CT computer tomography MRI,except coronary heart disease by coronary artery contrast imaging or coronary arteriongraphy;to observe electrocardiogram in patient with thoracalgia.Results：Electrocardiogram ST-T change is 66.7% inpatients with thoracalgia because of cervical spondyiosis Conelusion：Inpatients with Thoracalgia because of cervical spondylosis to result in electrocardiogram change,the most frequently electrocesrdiogram change is ST-T change.
