摘要 目的:探讨加速溶剂萃取技术在中药有效成分分析中的应用。方法:以苍耳子和烟草为研究实例,对加速溶剂萃取法(ASE)在中药材有效成分提取研究中的应用进行比较分析。结果:最优条件为依次分别以石油醚、乙酸乙酯和甲醇为提取溶剂,每次提取6.00g样品,使用33mL的提取管,所需溶剂约为60mL;提取压力9MPa,提取温度90℃,提取时间5min,循环2次,提取1次。结论:采用优化后的ASE结合GC-MS可快速分离检测出中药中的低极性成分、中等极性成分和高极性成分。 Objective:To investigate the application of accelerated solvent extraction technology in traditional Chinese medicine composition analysis of the applieation.Methnds:Cocklebur and Tobacco as the case study on accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) extraction of active ingredients in Chinese herbal medicine research in the application of comparative analysis.Ressuts:The optimal conditions were followed by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and methanol as the extraction solvent, extraction 6.00g per sample,using 33mL of extraction tube,the required solvent is about 60mL;extraction pressure of 9MPa.extraction temperature 90℃.extraction time of 5min,cycle 2,extract 1.Conclusion: The combination of the optimized GC-MS ASE quickly separated to detect the low-polarity components of Chinese medicine,middle and high polar components polar components.
