加速溶剂萃取技术在中药有效成分分析中的应用

Accelerated Solvent Extraction Technology in Traditional Chinese Medicine Active Components Analysis

目的:探讨加速溶剂萃取技术在中药有效成分分析中的应用。方法:以苍耳子和烟草为研究实例,对加速溶剂萃取法(ASE)在中药材有效成分提取研究中的应用进行比较分析。结果:最优条件为依次分别以石油醚、乙酸乙酯和甲醇为提取溶剂,每次提取6.00g样品,使用33mL的提取管,所需溶剂约为60mL;提取压力9MPa,提取温度90℃,提取时间5min,循环2次,提取1次。结论:采用优化后的ASE结合GC-MS可快速分离检测出中药中的低极性成分、中等极性成分和高极性成分。

Objective：To investigate the application of accelerated solvent extraction technology in traditional Chinese medicine composition analysis of the applieation.Methnds：Cocklebur and Tobacco as the case study on accelerated solvent extraction （ASE） extraction of active ingredients in Chinese herbal medicine research in the application of comparative analysis.Ressuts：The optimal conditions were followed by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and methanol as the extraction solvent, extraction 6.00g per sample,using 33mL of extraction tube,the required solvent is about 60mL;extraction pressure of 9MPa.extraction temperature 90℃.extraction time of 5min,cycle 2,extract 1.Conclusion： The combination of the optimized GC-MS ASE quickly separated to detect the low-polarity components of Chinese medicine,middle and high polar components polar components.
