银翘丸的薄层色谱鉴别研究

Studies on TLC Identications of Yinqiao Pill

目的:建立银翘丸的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中牛蒡子、连翘、甘草、桔梗进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。结论:方法简便可行,可用于银翘丸的质量控制。

Objective：To establish detection methods for Yinqiao Pill. Methods：TLC was used to identify Fructus Arctii, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Glycyrrhizae and radix ptatyeodonis. Results：TLC Spot develops were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion：The method was proved to be simple and feasible, and suitable for content determination of Yinqiao Pill.
