民办高校管理干部内部提升与外部引进之争

摘要 民办高校管理干部队伍有其独有的特征,管理干部队伍是内部提升还是外部引进,在民办高校办学实践中是个有争议的话题。本文分析了民办高校管理干部内部提升和外部引进的利与弊及两种方式产生的原因,提出民办高校在经过初创期以后,管理干部队伍应以内部提升为主,以及干部内部培养过程中应注意的问题。 The administrative team in non-governmental institutions of higher learning has its own unique characteristics.It is a controversial topic that whether to promote the administrate cadre internally or to introduce externally in current non-governmental institutions of higher learning.This paper makes detailed analysis of the status of administrative team at non-governmental institutions of higher learning,then discusses the advantages and disadvantages of administrate cadres' internal promotion or external introduction as well as the reason why the two ways produced,and finally proposes the specific strategies about how to select and hire administrative group after non-governmental institutions of higher learning is preliminarily established.
