基于高等教育大众化的我国大学生就业制度探析

On the Employment System for Chinese College Students based on the Popularization of Higher Education

随着高等教育大众化,大学毕业生的就业工作日益受到国家、社会等各方的高度关注。为促进大学毕业生这个宝贵资源的合理配置和充分就业,国家出台了一系列激励政策和措施,以推动高等教育教学改革和大学生就业等各项工作的开展。本文在梳理国家政策层面的基础上,分析了政策的转变,也提出了大学生就业制度改革的未来走向。

With the popularization of higher education,Chinese government and society have paid more attention to the situation on the employment of collage students.In order to allocate graduates resources rationally and ensure full employment,a set of incentive strategies have been developed by Chinese government to promote higher education instructional reform and graduate employment.On the basis of sorting out national policies,the paper analyzes the change of strategies and indicates the development direction of graduate employment system in the near future.
