基于MES的制丝线生产追踪系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Prime Line Production Tracing System based on MES

卷烟生产过程的可追踪对于烟草企业提高产品质量管理水平具有现实意义,是企业信息化的重要目标之一。本文针对烟草企业制丝线生产特点,在对烟丝生产追踪内容深入分析的基础上,结合延吉卷烟厂烟草MES项目,对制丝线生产追踪系统进行了设计与实现。系统实际运行效果良好,验证了该生产追踪系统在烟草行业实施的可行性和有效性。

Tobacco production traceability has practical significance for improving product quality management level in cigarette factory.It is also one of important targets for enterprise information.Basing on the analysis of cut tobacco production tracing contents in accordance with the characteristics of tobacco industry,the prime line production tracing system is designed and implemented in the practical tobacco MES project of Yanji Cigarette Factory.The system runs well,and the fact proves that it is a feasible and effective system for prime line production tracing in tobacco industry.
