摘要 并联电容器对电力系统的稳定、正常供电起着非常重要的作用。针对近年10kV框架式并联电容器组频繁出现故障的现象和特点,研制出一套适用于10kV框架式并联电容器组的电容器故障在线监测、诊断、预警系统,提出了基于电容值和电容器温度在线监测方法,对构成系统硬件结构的测温单元与电测单元就其原理、功能和特点做了说明。目前该监测装置已应用于中山供电局110kV金里站,运行良好。该装置可以在线诊断出即将故障的电容器并预警,提醒运行部门提前更换即将故障的电容器,预防事故的发生,避免事故的损失。同时在线诊断出10kV电力电容器的运行环境温度异常并预警,提醒运行部门改善电容器运行环境温度,延长电容使用寿命。该装置在提高电容器可靠性及防止发生电容器故障等方面具有重要的实用推广意义。 Shunt capacitors play a very important role in power system stability and the normal power supply. According to the phenomenon and characteristics of the frequent failures in capacitor devices in recent years,the paper designed a set of capacitor faultline monitoring system based on the capacitance value and capacitor temperature of on-line monitoring method,the on-line monitoring system is made up of temperature units and electrical measuring,and its principle,functions and features are explained. At present the monitoring device which has been applied in Jinli station and it runs well,The device can diagnose the capacitors of failure,and provide early warning,reminding the department in advance of the replacement the capacitor failure to prevent incidents,to avoid the accident loss. At the same time on-line diagnosis of 10kV power capacitors of the operating environment temperature anomalies,and early warning,to remind departments to improve their run capacitor operating ambient temperature,to extend the service life of capacitors. The device has important practical significance in improving reliability and preventing the occurrence of serious capacitor failures.
