摘要
DCS系统的使用,提高了装置的控制精度、分散了系统风险、提高了装置的生产能力。在一些大型石油化工联合企业中,主要炼油化工装置已经基本实现了DCS控制,但由于大多数DCS系统是封闭的,缺乏统一、标准的开放式接口,难以满足企业信息化的发展要求。因此我们就需要开发相应的接口用于DCS数据的交换,使上层管理系统与底层控制系统之间紧密集成。本文主要介绍实现DCS数据交换的OPC接口技术,给出了主要的步骤和程序示例,OPC接口技术能够满足大量DCS系统的数据交换要求,我们能在它的基础上开发一些上层应用系统。
DCS systems are used to improve the control accuracy of device,distribute system risks and enhance the productive capacity of the device. In a large petrochemical corporation,the main refinery device has been controlled by DCS,but most of DCS are closed systems and lack of unified and standard opened interface,so they are difficult to meet the development requirements of informatization enterprise.So that we need to develop the appropriate interface for DCS data exchange,in order to make the upper management systems and the underlying control system integrated tightly. The OPC interface technology which implement DCS data exchange are researched in this text.The main steps and code example are given in this text.The OPC interface technology can meet data exchange requirements of the vast majority of DCS.On the basis of it ,we can develope some upper applications.
