Display of Virtue Interactive 3D Realistic House Scenes

传统的效果图、沙盘、样板房等展示手段由于缺乏真实感和互动性,无法满足房地产销售和宣传的需要。本文采用最新的虚拟仿真技术,对虚拟房产展示中的层次建模技术、互动技术、多媒体信息等进行了研究,并实现了一个互动的三维房产展示系统,效果较好。

Due to lack of sense of reality and interactivity,the traditional methods of architectural renderings,sand tables and model suite have been found weak in satisfying the need of real estate sales and promotion. Based on the new virtual simulation technologies,this paper researches these technologies of the hierarchical modeling,interactive display,and multimedia information introducing in virtual house scene. Finally we realize an interactive 3d house display system,and the simulated results are realistic.
