摘要
引入了模糊综合评判的概念和交互式知识获取的思想，提出了一种新型的专家系统；针对洪水预报的特点，设计了两个各自独立的功能模块以实现对预报结果的综合分析和知识的半自动获取．
Using the concept of fuzzy decision and the idea of mutual knowledge acquiring, a new kindof expert system(ES) is developed. According to the characteristics of flood forecasting, two independent functional modules are designed to realize the synthetic evaluation of forecasting results and halfautomatic knowledge acquiring.Jiang Tiebing Assoc.
