摘要 变态混凝土由我国首创。虽然这一名词的出现至今不到10年,但发展迅速,施工工艺也日臻完善。江垭大坝在施工过程中创造性的运用了变态混凝土,将其使用范围由模板、电梯井、埋设件等周边扩大到了岸坡和止水片的周边,并收到了很好的效果。为了保证工程质量达到设计要求,所采取的具体措施有:①配合比先在室内试验,后到现场试用,务必使其物理力学性能满足该部位混凝土的设计要求;②设立集中制浆站确保灰浆质量;③施工工艺操作规范化;④用强力振捣使之密实。 Modified concrete is initiated in China. Although it has not been ten years since this concrete arose, its development tempo is rapid and construction technology is being perfected. Modified concrete is creatively applied in the process of Jiangya dam construction. Its application scope has been extended from zones around forms, elevator shafts, embedded parts to bank slopes and zones around water stops, resulting in a good effect. In order to ensure the project quality to meet the design requirement, following measures are taken:(1) the mix ratio of concrete is first tested in laboratory before its trial application in construction site, in order to make the physical and mechanical performances meet the design requirements for the concrete in specified zone; (2) a cement paste-making station is set up to ensure the quality of paste; (3) operation of construction technology is standardized; (4) concrete is compacted by using heavy vibrators. The entire application process of modified concrete at Jiangya project is in detail presented in this paper.
