斜层平推铺筑法在江垭碾压混凝土坝的应用

摘要 在江垭大坝碾压混凝土筑坝施工中,为了充分发挥碾压混凝土施工优势,进一步提高施工效率和施工质量,克服仓面面积大和浇筑能力小的矛盾,在大坝164m高程以上采用了全坝面平行坝轴线方向的斜层平推铺筑法。应用这种方法,可以把层间间隔时间控制在2~4h以内,施工效率大大地提高。钻孔取样检查表明,施工质量与传统方法相比达到了同一等级标准水平,有些方面还略显优越。实践证明,斜层平推铺筑法是一种科学合理的施工方法。 During construction of Jiangya dam with roller compacted concrete, in order to give full play to the superiority of the RCC construction, further promote construction efficiency, improve construction quality and overcome contradictions between large size of concreting lifts and low placing capability, a placing method to use dozers to spread concrete material in inclined layers in a direction parallel to the dam axis was employed for the dam above elevation 164 m. Application of this method could decrease the intermittent time between two concrete layers to 2~4 h, and could raise construction efficiency greatly. Test of borehole core samples shows that the construction quality comes up to the same standard as by using the traditional placing method, and some parameter indexes appear to be a little better. The practice has proved that the inclined-layer placing method is a scientific reasonable construction method and has broad prospects for its application.
