切开复位内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折28例疗效分析
摘要
目的探讨切开复位内固定治疗胫骨远段Pilon骨折的手术疗效。方法28例胫骨Pilon骨折病人（其中II型16例，Ⅲ型12例）均行手术切开复位固定、自体髂骨植骨术。结果随访10-24个月，平均17个月，无骨折延迟愈合或不愈合，采用Mazur等提出的踝关节症状与功能评分系统进行评分，优9例，良13例，可4例，差2例，优良率达78．6％。结论手术切开复位固定加植骨是治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的有效方法。
