摘要
本文介绍了难处理金矿的特点和研究概况，指出了难处理金矿研究中亟待解决的问题，并提出了一些开发措施，展示了难处理金矿在我国的开发前景。
In this paper,characterics and current situation of the researches of refractory gold ore are introduced.Basing on these,the authors especially discussed some important factors and development ideas to refractory gold ore.Besides,the authors explained its development forground in China.
