剖宫产术中使用宫腔填塞纱条法止血的临床价值

目的:探讨剖宫产术中使用宫腔填塞纱条法止血的临床价值。方法:术中使用缩宫素、米索前列醇及按摩子宫、缝扎出血点等方法仍不能有效止血的情况下,采用宫腔填塞纱条法止血。结果:患者采用宫腔填塞纱条法止血控制了子宫出血,术后体温均恢复正常,腹部切口有效愈合,未发生产褥感染和晚期子宫出血。随访2个月,患者子宫复旧正常。结论:剖宫产术中使用宫腔纱条填塞术是一种有效可行的抢救措施。

Objective：To discuss the clinical value of ribbon gauze packing in uterine cavity duration cesarean section.Methods：Ribbon gauze packing was used to stanch the bleeding when oxytocin,misoprostol,uterine massage and hemorrhagic spot transfi xion were not effective.Results：Uterus bleeding was well controlled in all these patients,their temperature returned to normal,abdominal incision was effectively healed,and none of puerperal infection and terminal metrorrhagia cases was discovered.After 2 months＇ following-up,involution of uteruses were normal.Conclusions：Ribbon gauze packing in uterine cavity duration cesarean section was an effective and feasible emergency method.
