黎药海南风吹楠脂溶性成分研究

目的:研究海南风吹楠(Horsfieldia hainanensis Merr.)枝叶脂溶性部分细胞毒活性及其化学成分。方法:采用MTT法进行其细胞毒活性测试;采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)进行分析,用面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果:海南风吹楠脂溶性部分对慢性髓原白血病细胞(K562)显示了生长抑制活性;从海南风吹楠枝叶脂溶性部分鉴定了20个成分。结论:本次研究为海南风吹楠的开发利用提供了科学依据。

Objective：To study on the cytotoxicity and chemical constituents of the liposoluble extract from the branches and leaves of Horsfi eldia hainanensis.Methods：The cytotoxicity was tested by MTT assay.The chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）method,and their relative contents were determined by area normalization.Results：The liposoluble extract of the branches and leaves from Horsfieldia hainanensis showed inhibitory activity towards chronic myelogenous leukemia（K562）.Twenty compounds were identifi ed from the liposoluble extract of Horsfi eldia hainanensis.Conclusion：The research result provided scientifi c foundation for exploitation and utilization of Horsfi eldia hainanensis.
