摘要
目的:利用分光光度法测定鹰嘴豆豆叶,豆茎中总多糖的糖含量。方法:采用超声提取法对鹰嘴豆豆叶,豆茎中的多糖进行提取,恩酮-浓硫酸法测定总多糖的含量。结论:线性回归方程:A=0.0294C-0.0325,相关系数r=0.9996,平均回收率101.4%。RSD为2.0℅。结论:本法操作简便、快速、准确,具有良好的分析应用前景。
Determination of Total polysaccharides in Leaves,Stems of garbanzo by visible spectrophotography Abstract use visible spectrophotography Determination of Total polysaccharides in Leaves,Stems of garbanzo.Method The polysaccharide of in leaves,stems of garbanzo was extracted by ultrasonic technology and determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method.Result the regression equation of A = 0.0294C-0.0325(r = 0.9996 and RSD = 2.0%).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,and accurate with a bright future in analytical applications.
