无痛人流术中全麻和局麻的应用效果比较

目的:比较全麻和局麻在无痛人流术中麻醉效果。方法:将我院120例门诊人流患者分为两组分别采用全麻和局麻进行麻醉后实施手术。结果:全麻组镇痛效果(100.0%)优于局麻组(85.0%),术中出血量(22.45ml±0.49)多于局麻组(21.07ml±0.53),手术时间(11.8min±2.8)长于局麻组(8.5min±2.3),但宫颈明显松弛(95.0%)效果与局麻组(90.0%)没有差异。结论:全麻和局麻在无痛人流术中各有优缺点,需要根据患者情况和需求选择。

Objective：To compare the effect of anesthesia and local anesthesia in painless abortion anesthesia.Methods：Divide 120 outpatient abortion patients into anesthesia and local anesthesia group and do corresponding surgical anesthesia.Results The analgesia effect of anesthesia group（100.0% vs 85.0%） is better,blood loss（22.45ml ± 0.49 vs 21.07ml ± 0.53） is more,operative time（11.8min ± 2.8 vs 8.5min ± 2.3） is longer than local anesthesia group,but relaxation of the cervix（95.0%） is no difference with local anesthesia group（90.0%）.Conclusion：There are both advantages and disadvantages for anesthesia and local anesthesia method in painless abortion.Doctor should choose anesthesia method according to patient＇s circumstances and needs.
