依达拉奉注射液联合参附注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的:观察依达拉奉注射液加参附注射液在急性脑梗死治疗中的效果。方法:105例脑梗死患者随机分成对照组50例和治疗组55例,对照组使用依达拉奉30mg加入0.9%生理盐水250mL中静脉点滴,2次/d,治疗组在对照组基础上加用参附注射液50mL加入0.9%生理盐水250mL中静脉点滴,1次/d,2周为1个疗程,治疗前、治疗后14d对患者进行神经缺损评分评价。结果:治疗组与对照组比较神经缺损评分改善明显,综合疗效有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉注射液联合参附注射液能够有效促进脑梗死患者早期神经细胞功能的恢复,具有安全、经济、副作用小等优点。

Objective：To investigate the efect of edaravone combined with shenfu in treatment of cerebral ischemia stroke Methods：one hundred and five patients were divided into two groups randomly（control group and treatment group）.Control group was administered edaravone 30mg ivgtt b.i.d;Treatment group was administered edaravone 30mg b.i.d plus shen fu 50ml q.d ivgtt,Two groups were given drugs two weeks.All these cases were appreciated according to the neuronal function deficits.Conclusion：Before and after the theray all thesr cases in two groups have achieved significant improvement,but the effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher as compared with that in the control group（Z = 1.414,P = 0.037）,so it may suggest edaravone combined with shenfu can get more neuronal functional deficits improvement.
