前置胎盘剖宫产术中子宫下段止血105例分析

Aanalysis of lower uterine segment bleeding in cesarean section of 105 cases with placenta previa

目的:探讨前置胎盘剖宫产术中子宫下段止血方法的效果。方法:对因前置胎盘剖宫产术中子宫下段出血多的105例患者采用各种方法的止血效果进行分析。结果:103例均于术后出血停止,仅2例中转行子宫切除术,无一例发生晚期产后出血,术后恢复良好,3～8月左右月经复潮。结论:对前置胎盘剖宫产术中子宫下段出血的患者,采用各种综合措施止血效果好,既挽救了生命,又能保留子宫。

Objective：Study the hemostatic effect of lower uterine segment bleeding in cesarean section.Methods：Due to lead the placenta in profile palace lower uterine segment hemorrhage of 105 patients with various methods of hemostatic effect is analysed.Results：103 cases in postoperative bleeding stops,only two cases of switched hysterectomy,without a late postpartum hemorrhage.postoperative recovery.3 ～ 8months period after tide.Conlusion：To lead the placenta profile palace intraoperatie bleeding lower uterine segment of patients,using a variety of comprehensive measures hemostratic effect is good.Neither lives saved,and can pretect the uterus.
