Bedside Chest Radiography neonatal clinical care

目的:探讨新生儿胸部床旁摄片的护理对策,以降低新生儿气管导管脱落发生率。方法:对我科新生儿床旁胸部摄片进行回顾性分析,对比新生儿床旁胸部摄片的护理效果。结果:实行规范化护理后,未发生因摄片引起患儿气管导管脱落。结论:对新生儿胸部床旁摄片实行规范化护理,可避免因摄片引起患儿气管导管脱落。

Objective To investigate bedside nursing for Neonatal Chest Radiography to reduce the incidence of neonatal endotracheal intubation off.Methods Neonatal Division bedside chest radiography were analyzed retrospectively,comparing neonatal care bedside chest radiography results.Results After the implementation of standardized care,radiography did not cause neonatal endotracheal intubation off.Conclusion The implementation of standardization care of the bedside chest radiography for neonates leads to avoid photographs intubation off.
