摘要
本文论述了汽车牌照识别系统在现代交通以及停车场管理中的应用方案及其实现,将人工智能系统引入图像识别,阐述了识别软件的主要算法、软件所采用的关键技术和流程以及最终实现的系统功能参数。
This paper discusses the vehicle license plate recognition system in modem traffic and parking management applications and its implementation, the introduction of artificial intelligence system, image recognition, including recognition software described the main algorithm, the software used in key technology and processes, and the eventual realization of the system function parameters.
