关于中医证的现代研究与思考——308例2型糖尿病临床证型调查分析

Modern research and thinking of syndrome types of TCM: the investigation and analysis of TCM syndrome types in 308 cases of type 2 diabetes

目的:探讨中医证的诊断标准、临床研究存在的问题。方法:选择权威文献,对比它们在证的诊断标准方面的差异;结合相关研究分析中医证型临床研究中存在的问题。结果:中医证的诊断标准存在规范性、实用性不足的问题;证型的临床研究普遍缺少客观性。证与相关症状之间具有不同的相关系数。结论:要注重证的诊断标准、规范性、实用性研究;提高中医证型临床研究的客观性。

Objective： Discussing the possible problems of the diagnostic criteria and clinical studies of TCM syndromes. Methods： Comparing the differences of diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes used by authoritative papers; analyzing the possible problems of the clinical studies of TCM syndromes based on relative research. Results： The diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes are usually casual and not practical; clinical studies of TCM syndromes are usually not objective; the correlations between TCM syndromes and correlative symptoms are inconsistent. Conclusion： The normalization and practicability of diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes should be looked into more carefully; the objectivity of clinical studies of TCM syndromes should be improved.
