月经病的壮医用药特色研究

Research of medication characteristic of Zhuang Traditional Medicine over menopathy disease

目的:探析壮医治疗月经病的用药特点和规律,为临床应用提供依据。方法:广泛收集壮医治疗月经病的方药,建立药物数据库。采用频数分析法对壮医治疗月经病用药类别和使用频次进行统计分析,初步认识其用药特点和规律。结果:益母草、月月红、红背菜等16味药使用频数达10次以上;补虚药、通两路药和解毒药分别占30.36%、21.86%和19.57%;温性药物使用频率达42.11%,其次为平缓药和凉药,分别为21.19%及21.05%。结论:补虚祛毒、通调两路是壮医治疗月经病大法,选药"以红治红"为主,重视温性药的应用。

Objective： To explore the medication characteristic of Zhuang Traditional Medicine over menopathy disease, to provide a basis for clinical application. Methods： Comprehensively collect the prescriptions and herbs of Zhuang Traditional Medicine over menopathy disease, build up the herb database. Statistically analyze the medication category and the frequency of each herbs using frequency analysis method, preliminary get the medication characteristic and regularity. Results： Leenurus heterophyllus （Yi mu cao）, Chinese rose （yue yue hong）, Hong bei cai ect. They are used most frequency, more than ten times; Tonify herbs, regulate ＂two ways— （dragon way and fire way, dragon way means blood circulation and fire way means the nerves circulation）＂ herbs and antidote herbs respectively accounted for 30.36%, 21.86% and 19.57% ; the frequency of using warm herbs is 42.11%; while subdued herbs and cold herbs are 21.19% and 21.05%. Conclusion： The main treatment principle are tonify, detoxification and regulate ＂two way＂; the main principle for herb choose is ＂ treat red in red＂, attach importance to using warm herbs.
