摘要
目的:探讨采用不同的介入时机(即刻针刺、预先针刺)针刺三阴交穴对痛经大鼠子宫热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法:通过阴道涂片法,筛选出处于动情间期3月龄SD雌性大鼠96只,按照介入时机随机分为模型A组、盐水A组、针刺A组(即刻针刺组)和模型B组、盐水B组、针刺B组(逆针组),每组16只,观察大鼠子宫HSP70表达、MDA、SOD活性。结果:造模后两组大鼠子宫MDA含量均显著性升高(P<0.01),SOD含量升高(P<0.01),HSP70表达下降(P<0.05)。即刻针刺和逆针都可以明显降低痛经模型大鼠子宫MDA含量(P<0.01)。逆针还可以明显降低子宫SOD活性(P<0.05),增强子宫HSP70表达(P<0.01)。结论:即刻针刺和逆针都可以对痛经状态下子宫的热休克蛋白和抗氧化因子的紊乱状态进行调整,但逆针的调整作用更明显。即刻针刺与逆针对痛经大鼠的子宫保护作用可能与诱导HSP70的高度表达,维持子宫SOD活性,减少子宫MDA的含量有关。
Objective:To investigate the influence of acupuncture and preventive acupuncture on the acupoint of Sanyinjiao on HSP70、MDA、SOD in uterus of dysmenorrhea rats. Methods: 96 three month-aged SD female rats examined by vaginal smear were chosen and divided into six groups to observe the effect on HSP70,MDA ,SOD in uterus of dysmenorrhea rats with acupuncture and preventive acupuncture on Sanyinjiao point.Results: In both model group, MDA level in uterus increased significantly(both P0.01), SOD level in uterus had a increasing trend(P0.01), the expression of HSP70 in uterus decreased (P0.05). Both acupuncture and preventive acupuncture could significantly lower the MDA level in the uterus of model group (P0.01), Preventive acupuncture also could significantly lower the SOD level in the uterus of model group B(P0.05)and improve the expression of HSP 70 in uterus(P0.01).Conclusion: Both acupuncture and preventive acupuncture can reverse a state of Dysmenorrhea uterine HSP70 and antioxidant factor to adjust the status of the disorder, but preventive acupuncture against the more obvious role.Their protective effect in rat uterus induced by HSP70 may be associated with a high degree of expression of SOD activity in the maintenance of the uterus to reduce the MDA content of the uterus.
