头体针择时治疗缺血性中风的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of ischemic stroke by scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in the selective time

目的:观察不同针刺方案治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:将156例缺血性中风患者随机分为体针组、头体针Ⅰ组和头体针Ⅱ组,每组52例。头体针Ⅱ组采用上午体针结合下午头针治疗,头体针Ⅰ组采用头体针同时针刺治疗,体针组采用体针治疗。5个疗程后,观察治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分的变化,并进行疗效比较。结果:头体针Ⅱ组痊愈显率75.0%,头体针Ⅰ组46.2%,体针组26.9%,头体针Ⅱ组疗效优于其余两组(P<0.01);治疗后3组神经功能缺损评分均降低(P<0.01),头体针Ⅱ组降低程度优于其余两组(P<0.01);治疗后3组ADL评分均有显著提高(P<0.01),头体针Ⅱ组提高程度优于其余两组(P<0.01)。结论:与常规针刺方案相比,头体针间隔针刺方案更能提高临床疗效。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of different acupuncture programs on ischemic stroke. Methods： One hundred and fifty-six cases of ischemic stroke were randomized into body- acupuncture （BA）, scalp - body acupuncture Ⅰ （SBA Ⅰ）, and scalp - body acupuncture Ⅱ （SBA Ⅱ） groups, with 52 cases in each. SBA Ⅱ group received body- acupuncture in the morning plus scalp-acupuncture in the afternoon, SBA Ⅰ group, scalp-acupuncture combined with body- acupuncture at the same time and the BA group, simple body acupuncture. Their therapeutic effects were evaluated by the neurological deficit score and the activity daily living （ADL） score after five courses. Results： The cured-markedly effective rate was 75.0% in the SBA Ⅱ group, 46.2% in the SBA Ⅰ group, 26.9% in the BA group, respectively, the SBA Ⅱ group being better than the other two groups （P0.01）; after treatment, neurological deficit scores in three groups decreased significantly （P0.01）, the SBA Ⅱ group being superior to the other two groups （P0.01）, and the ADL scores in the three groups increased significantly （P0.01）, the SBA Ⅱ group also being superior to the other two groups （P0.01）. Conclusion： The acupuncture program in which scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture were applied at the interval time had a better therapeutic effect than traditional acupuncture program for the patient of ischemic stroke.
