摘要
Problems involving the protection of women’s rights have become more diverse and complicated in recent years.While its officials called for greater participation of relevant departments and people from all walks of life,and for everyone to make greater efforts in working together to resolve such problems,the Heilongjiang Provincial Women’s Federation last year worked with the Heilongjiang provincial people’s courts and bureaus of pubic security,justice,human resources and social security,and public affairs,at all levels,to launch the "Building Network" Campaign. The federation also explored a new working pattern to promote the protection of women’s rights.As a result,six networks—"Counseling and Complaints Network," "Judicial-protection Network," "Legal-aid Network," "Law-publicity Network," "Social-aid Network" and "Grass-roots-service Network"—were established.
