高校承载着高等教育的使命,在国家经济建设与社会发展中具有重要地位和作用,随着我国高校招生规模的不断扩大,校园安全问题日益凸显。从探讨高校校园安全的现状入手,以法律的视角分析了常见的校园安全事故的法律责任,从而有针对性地提出解决途径和防范措施。

Colleges and universities carries the mission of higher education and therefore have important position and function in national economic construction and social development.With the enlargement of the scale of college admissions,campus safety becomes increasingly severe.Starting from the current situation of campus safety in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the common legal liability for campus safety accidents in a legal perspective and presents solving approach and preventive measures pertinently.
