大学生社工流失成因分析与对策研究

Cause Analysis and Countermeasure Research on the Loss of Social Work University Students

大学生社工进社区是我国建设专业化、职业化社会工作人才队伍的重要举措。通过对北京市朝阳区大学生社工满意度调查,分析了大学生社工队伍流失原因,提出解决对策:加大社区工作宣传力度,营造社会支持社工的氛围;设计合理薪酬体系;高校与社区联动,提高岗位适应性;明确大学生社工身份;制定个人职业生涯规划,提高岗位匹配度。

Social work university students＇ participating in community＇s affairs is an important measure for our country to build up specialized and professional talents team for social work.Through investigating the satisfaction degree for social work students of Chaoyang District in Beijing,the paper analyzes the cause of loss for social work students and presents the corresponding countermeasures,that is,strengthening the propaganda of social work,creating the atmosphere that the society support social workers,designing rational salary system,improving the post adaptability via interacting between universities and communities,making clear the identity of social work students,improving the post matching degree by making individual career planning.
