浅淡中职生自律能力的培养

On Training of Self-discipline Ability of Secondary Vocational School Students

近几年来,中职学校的生源结构发生了较大的变化。实践当中,老师们普遍反应,学生的错误容易反复,不好管理。因此,加强对学生进行自律能力的培养,就显得非常重要了。培养学生的自律能力,是学校德育工作的重要任务。职专教师应该具有爱心、耐心、责任心,要通过长期细致的工作,才能确实达到提高学生自律能力的教育目的。

The structure of source of students in secondary vocational school changes greatly in recent years.Teachers commonly reflect that the mistakes made by students are easy to repeat and therefore are difficult to be managed.Thus it is very important to strengthen the training of self-discipline ability for students and the training is the important task of school＇s moral education.Vocational school teachers should be of love,patient and responsibility.Long-term and detailed work should be done to reach the educational goal of improving students＇ self-discipline ability.
