PVP与PKP治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折时骨水泥填充效果及弥散方式的比较研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的:对9例同时行PVP与PKP治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折病例进行分析,观察骨水泥填充效果及弥散方式。方法:总结我院2004~2008年同时行PVP与PKP治疗的骨质疏松性压缩骨折病例9例,观察术后X光片、CT结果,比较骨水泥的填充效果和弥散方式。结果:影像学结果显示,PVP与PKP在骨水泥填充效果及弥散方式上存在差异。PVP骨水泥填充以小腔隙填充为主,弥散方式为均匀弥散;PKP骨水泥填充以大空腔填充为主,弥散方式为非均匀弥散。结论:PVP与PKP治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折时骨水泥填充效果及弥散方式明显不同,对单侧PKP手术骨水泥注射不足病例,可行对侧单纯PVP补充注射,以达到满意效果。 Objective:To compare the fill and diffusion of bone cement between percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) and percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP).Methods:A retroprospective study was conducted on nine patients who underwent PVP and PKP at the same vertebrae of thoracic or lumbar from 2004 to 2008.The mode of fill and diffusion of bone cement were observed by X ray and CT scan.Results:There were obvious differences of fill and diffusion of bone cement between PVP and PKP.The vertebrae were filled with even diffusion through little cavity by PVP,but the vertebrae were with heterogeneous diffusion through larger empty by PKP.Conelusion:The bone cement diffusion of PVP should be bener-distributed than that of PKP,although the strength of vertebra need further study of biomechanics.
