人工髋关节置换术后并发症临床分析及处理对策

Analysis and Treatment on Complication after artificial Hip replacement

目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术后并发症产生的原因及防治措施。方法:回顾分析2005年5月～2009年4月我院行人工髋关节置换术并获得随访者共96例,股骨颈骨折49例,头缺血坏死35例,髋关节骨性关节炎10例,强直性脊柱炎2例。结果:随访时间6个月～4年,发生并发症27例,其中疼痛6例,假体脱位3例,切口感染2例,下肢深静脉血栓形成7例,股骨骨折4例,假体松动4例,髋臼磨损3例;双下肢不等长5例。结论:人工髋关节置换术后并发症产生的原因与术前准备、手术操作、假体质量、患者个体差异等因素有关,合理选择人工假体,术中严格操作,术后加强护理,可降低人工假体置换术后并发症的发生率。

obective：To analyze and evaluate the causes and treatment on Complication of artificial Hip replacement.Methods：96 patients underwent artificial Hip replacement from May 2005 to April 2009.Femoral neck fracture 49 cases,avascular necrosis 35 cases,osteoarthritis 10 cases,ankylosing spondylitis 2 cases.Results：96 patients were followed-up,from 6 months to 4 years.The complications included pain 6 cases,dislocation of hip 3cases,infection of the wound 2 cases,deep vein thrombosis of the lower limb 7 cases,fracture Of femur 4 cases,looseness of hip prosthesis 4 cases,wearing of acetabulum 3 cases,leg length discrepancy 5 cases.Conclusion：The occurrences of complications might be related to preoperative preparedness,the skill of opermion,quality of prosthesis,and individual differences of patients.To reduce and manage effectively the complications,suitable hip prosthesis must be selected,be careful in operation and nurse carefully postoperative period.
