手部屈肌腱损伤术后增殖期功能锻炼方法的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨手部屈肌腱损伤术后增殖期功能锻炼的方法,最大限度降低缝合肌腱再次断裂的机率。方法:对照组(40例)术后增殖期功能锻炼不随时间延长增加次数与强度。结果:观察组缝合肌腱断裂率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:屈肌腱损伤术后增殖期,功能锻炼不增加或适当减少锻炼次数与强度,在保证患手功能优良率的同时,可降低缝合肌腱再次断裂的机率。 Objective:To discuss the dirigation method and intensity of hand flexor tendon damage tendon damage in hyperplasia period after the surgical operation,the maximum reduces the probability sewing up the rupture again.Methods:To increase the number of the dirigation times and intensity of lighten the number of the dirigation times and intensity lenthenned of the experiment group of the 40 patients in hyperplasia period even 2 week behind surgical operation.Results:There was significantly difference of sewing up the rupturing rate between the patients experiment and contrast group (P0.05)However,There was no obvious statistical difference in the excellent and good rate of the patient hand function resume(P0.05).Conclusion:While guaranteening of the excellent and good rate of the patient hand function resume,not increasing or lightening properly the number of the dirigation times and intensity of hand flexor tendon damage in hyperplasia period after the surgical operation could reduce the probability of sewing up ruptured flexor tendon again.
