改良腮腺切口入路行下颌骨升支骨折复位内固定治疗的临床应用研究

目的:探讨下颌骨升支骨折新的术式,以期完善地进行骨折复位、内固定,恢复下颌正常功能、完善的咬合关系,切口隐蔽不影响面容。方法:应用改良腮腺切口入路,分离或翻起腮腺组织,充分显露骨折线,直视下行骨折复位、内固定。结果:本组40例患者经该术式治疗,均获得满意效果:下颌功能恢复正常,咬合关系恢复良好,刀口均1期愈合,切口隐蔽,不影响面容。结论:应用改良腮腺切口入路行下颌骨升支骨折复位内固定。这一术式是该类骨折治疗的最佳治疗方案。

Objective：To study of mandibular ramus fracture surgery a new style,with a view to improve the conduct of fracture reduction,internal fixation to restore normal function of the mandible,complete occlusion,does not affect the incision hidden face.Methods：Modified parotid incision,separation,or reveal the parotid gland organization,fully reveal the fracture line,look straight down fracture reduction,internal fixation.Results：The group of 40 patients after the surgical treatment,had received satisfactory results：mandibular function returned to normal occlusion and good recovery,incision healed incision hidden,does not affect the face.Conclusion：Modified parotid incision line of mandibular ramus fracture reduction and internal fixation.This should the type of surgical treatment of fractures of the best treatment.
