摘要
为精确控制装车机在装车作业中行走速度及其变化,用可编程控制器结合变频器来控制装车机的行走。分析了传统装车机行走机构变速控制存在的问题,提出采用变频控制技术。介绍了装车机行车机构变频调速系统的设计及其元器件的选择。实施后提高了行走机构的安全性、可靠性,而且提高了装卸效率,减少了能源消耗和维修费用,降低了劳动强度。
In order to control precisely the travelling speed and its change of the loader during the operation,the programmable controller and frequency converter have been used to control the travel of the loader.This paper analyses the problems existed in speed control of the traditional loader's travel mechanism,puts forward the technology of frequency conversion control.It introduces the design of the loader's travel system and the choice of the parts.After reform,it has raised safety and reliability of the travel mechanism and handling efficiency,has reduced the consumption and maintenance cost,and has lowered the labor intensity.
