轮胎式起重机混合动力技术研究与应用

An Research on the Mixed Power for RTG and Its Application

针对传统流动式起重机能耗高、效率低等问题,研发了一种带有超级电容的25t混合动力轮胎式起重机。分析了传统轮胎式起重机的弊端和混合动力轮胎式起重机的优点。将两种动力轮胎式起重机的测试数据进行了对比。该项目的实施,产生了很好的经济效益与社会效益,并可用到其它机械上去。

Pointing against the problem of high power consumption and low effeciency of the traditional moving crane,a kind of 25t RTG with super electric capacity and mixed power has been researched and developed.This paper analyses the shortcoming of the traditional RTG and the advantagcs of the RTG with mixed power.It compares the measuring data of these two RTG.The implementation of this project has brought good economic and social effeciency and this technology could be used on other machinery.
