负荷运动对大鼠脊髓前角细胞的影响

摘要 目的观察负荷运动后大鼠AChE阳性反应物的变化。方法用酶组织化学和图象分析方法观察大鼠脊髓前角运动神经原内AChE细胞的变化。结果负荷运动后大鼠脊髓前角运动神经原AChE细胞免疫反应增强(P<0.01)。结论 AChE阳性反应物增加这可能与大运动量后躯体运动协调性发生变化有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between changes of AChE and athletics.Methods The morphine dependent model of male rats was athleticed.The alteration of AChE and ultrastructure of anterior horn neurous were studied by means of histochemistry and quantitative method of micro-image analysis system were observed morphine dependence rats.Results The average grey value of AChE positive reactive product in experimental group was grower than that in control group(ph0.01).Conclusion AChE may play an important role in maintenance and development of morphine dependence.
